The staff at the hotel were exceptional, with a great attitude and always willing to help. the location of the hotel was fabulous, allowing us to easily walk to many popular attractions. the room was well-designed and comfortable, with a large shower and a comfy, extra large bed.

The wifi was unreliable, especially on the higher floors, which was an issue for someone traveling for work needing a good connection. the safety deposit box was also broken, which was inconvenient.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the bakery downstairs, where we could enjoy freshly baked pastries for breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have breakfast in the bakery if we wanted. the location and breakfast options were great.

The room was a bit small, which could feel cramped after a while.
